ICCF is a platform providing information and services regarding culture and foreign languages. The first section of ICCF is the Department of Resources (DRES) and the second one is the Department of Language Translation (DELT).

Learning a new language or discovering other cultures cannot be done exclusively trough classroom sessions. In fact, watching movies, reading books and newspapers or interacting with people should be the main part of the learning process. Therefore, LIFE keeps a Department of Resources separately. DRES encourages research in culture and languages and provides easy access to all kind of resources for everyone. Moreover, in global businesses, documents or other forms of communication have to be translated from one language to another. Thus, DELT provides translation services in all languages (at least one has to be English or French) for any kind of documents or situations (general or technical).
